Hi, I’m Shannon.
Working alongside you through your entire creative journey.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, I started The Dope Design Co. with one goal: to make custom apparel, merch, and branding feel personal, creative, and collaborative.
Family is the foundation of everything we do. After my brother survived a life-changing motorcycle accident, I watched my family rally around him with incredible strength and resilience. Those experiences taught me the importance of showing up for people—a value that guides every customer relationship we build.
Alongside my husband, Roland, we run The Dope Design Co. as a true family business. My two boys inspired me to take the leap into entrepreneurship so I could build something meaningful while showing them that it's possible to create your own path.
What makes us different isn't just what we print—it's how we work. We don't believe in taking your order and sending you on your way. We collaborate with you from the first idea to the final product, helping turn "I have a vision, but I don't know how to explain it" into something you'll be proud to wear or share.

What’s Behind The Name?
When people first hear The Dope Design Co., they usually smile—and that's exactly the point.
To us, "dope" simply means something that's exceptionally good. It's the design that makes someone stop scrolling. The shirt people ask, "Where did you get that?" The logo that finally feels like you.
We chose the name because we never wanted to be "just another print shop." We wanted to create designs that people are genuinely excited to wear, businesses are proud to represent, and schools, teams, and families can make memories in.
