Ordering & Customization
Can I make changes after placing my order?
If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Once production begins, we may not be able to modify names, sizes, quantities, or artwork. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible.
What if I made a spelling mistake on my personalized order?
Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.Because personalized items are created exactly as submitted, please double-check all names, dates, and custom text before placing your order. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help before production begins.
Do you ship throughout the United States?
Yes! We proudly ship across the United States. Shipping options and delivery estimates are provided during checkout.
Can you create a completely custom design?

Products & Sizing
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing, personalized products, or buyer’s remorse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
Can you create custom apparel for my business, school, fundraiser, nonprofit, or event?
Yes! We work with businesses, schools, sports teams, nonprofits, charities, community organizations, fundraisers, family reunions, awareness campaigns, and special events. No matter the project, we’d love to help create something unique.
What sizes do you offer?
Most apparel is available in youth and adult sizes, with many products ranging from Youth Small through Adult 3XL. Select styles are also available up to 5XL or 6XL. Please check each product’s sizing guide for availability.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product includes a detailed sizing chart to help you find the best fit. If you’re between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we generally recommend sizing up. Since all items are made to order, please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.
What if I order the wrong size?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days, followed by 5–10 business days for shipping. Some school stores, fundraising campaigns, or large custom orders may have different production schedules, which will be noted on the product page.
Bulk Orders & Organizations
Can you help if I don’t have artwork yet?
Of course! Whether you have a logo, a rough idea, or no design at all, we’ll work with you to create something you’ll be proud to wear.
Do you offer online stores for schools, teams, or organizations?
Yes! We can create custom online stores that make it easy for groups to sell apparel without collecting orders manually. It’s a great solution for schools, PTOs, sports teams, businesses, and fundraising campaigns.
Returns & Support
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there’s a printing error, damaged item, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
